For a while now, I’ve been working on a dream: to help 1000 Kiwi businesses access great governance so that they can flourish.
Directors and owners deserve more time to work on their business, not in it. There are a few months of thinking to go … but it’s time to start sharing.
I want to make getting the right governance tools and paperwork simple. To make support and solutions easily accessible. At your fingertips, when you need it. To make governance down to earth, grounded, authentically Kiwi. And available to business owners and directors all over Aotearoa New Zealand.

This may not be everybody’s idea of a dream! But honestly, I have worked with too many people who are weighted down by paperwork. With governance paperwork looming over them, they feel stressed and overwhelmed. They often admit feeling unsure of the next steps to take. Even scared of doing something wrong, mucking it up, knowing there could be consequences.
I tell them they’re not alone. It’s normal for small and medium business owners to feel challenged by governance. To not understand the difference between governance and management. To make decisions on the fly, and not take time to think about their business as a whole.
This is where my dream comes in. I want to help anybody who has questions about governance to get the help they need without it falling in the “too hard” basket. Maybe that’s you. Wherever you are on your governance journey, I want to help you feel grounded, clear and confident.
So now I’m on a mission to make my dream a reality: to create simple-to-use, credible, expert documents and processes for Kiwi boards and businesses. I want to start by taking the work out of paperwork and cut the jargon out of governance documents.
